It has been a while since I last shared a ‘breaking it down’ post but this morning I was reminded about them when asked by a valued business owner I know if she could share an earlier post in her upcoming newsletter.
Just prior to this request I received a message from one of my clients who has (to be fair) achieved so much the last few months. From where I look at things, as her coach, she’s flying and doing so well with her business which is only just into it’s second year.
She was feeling a little disappointed and like it was all too much. Basically I heard her say she felt like things weren’t working as they should be.
Here’s what I shared with her;
Here’s how you can refocus on what’s working when it feels like nothing (or very little) is!
One thing to do is every time you feel overwhelmed, disappointed, like you’re failing, or anything that fits into that sort of list, get a blank piece of paper and write out as many things as you can that you are grateful for.
List everything you can think of until you don’t think there is any more and then write 5 more things! doesn’t matter how long the list is but when I do this I am always surprised at how many things I can write on my list.”
Until next time, I wish you succulent, effortless success
