Plagued By Self Doubt? Time To Do Things Your Way

Ultimate Blog Challenge Post 7

Today I’m sharing another installment in the series I started last week in support of my musings on identity confusion.  One of the three biggest contributors to Self Doubtthis challenge is, in my opinion, self doubt.  What is self doubt?  Have you ever stopped and questioned what you were doing, saying, believing and thought that you should change it because it wasn’t what someone else would do?  That is self doubt (it’s also tied to comparison and you can read more about that here)

If we were all honest we’d agree that we know self doubt, possibly more intimately than we’d like to.  I know it’s something I’ve been plagued with at different times.  Just like confusion it can have a devastating effect on what ever it is you are trying to achieve, create or become.  Self doubt can be nasty.  It can leave you questioning constantly and ultimately wondering who on earth you are – that’s when it morphs into identity confusion

So what do we do about it?

It’s time to do things your way, free from comparison or questioning!

Yes that’s right – you can do things your way

It’s time to take a stand and to start believing in yourself (I believe in you if that’s any help)

It’s time to know you are worth more

It’s time to stop questioning and to start doing

Doing things your way – the way that you know, deep down inside in your place of intuition, is the best way for you – will free you from self doubt.  It will bring you joy.  It will cast of changes, limits, boundaries and that stuff that can weigh you down for far too long

Make a decision.  You can do it!

Repeat after me “Starting today I am doing things my way!”  It’s empowering.  It’s freeing.  It’s what you deserve

I’ll be back soon with more but until next time I wish you a limitless life filled with succulent, effortless success

Shannon
